1. Introduction

4. Opening an Account
4.1 Only one Account is allowed per individual, household, IP address, or device.

6. Funding Your Wallet
6.1 Deposits must be made using payment instruments registered in your own name.
6.2 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply; see the Banking section for specifics.
6.3 We charge no fees on deposits, though your payment provider might.
6.4 We are not a financial institution and do not extend credit.
6.5 Funds are intended solely for wagering; irregular deposit patterns may trigger an Account review or suspension.
7. Requesting Payouts
7.1 Where possible, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for deposits.

7.3 Withdrawal requests may require additional verification; we may ask for identification documents prior to processing.
7.4 We endeavor to process payouts promptly but bear no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
7.5 To cash out your entire balance and close your Account, please contact Customer Support.
8. Inactive & Dormant Accounts
8.1 An Account with no log-in activity for six (6) consecutive months is deemed inactive.
8.2 Inactive Accounts may incur a monthly administrative fee, deducted from any remaining balance.
8.3 You will be notified before fees are applied.
8.4 Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after a period of inactivity.
8.5 Dormant Accounts can be reactivated by contacting Customer Support.
9. Responsible Play Tools

10. Restricted Conduct

- Multiple Account creation
- Employing VPNs or proxies to circumvent restrictions
10.2 We may suspend or terminate Accounts and withhold winnings where misconduct is suspected.
10.3 Sharing your Account or allowing others to play on your behalf is strictly forbidden.
11. Promotional Offers
11.1 All promotional offers are subject to individual terms and wagering requirements, viewable on the Promotions page.
11.2 Bonus abuse—such as operating multiple Accounts or colluding with other players—is prohibited.
11.3 We reserve the right to withhold or cancel bonuses where abuse or technical exploitation is suspected.
11.4 Free spins, bonus credits, and other offers may carry expiry dates and game-type restrictions.
12. Game Integrity
